Buying my first home was a big milestone, and I feel so lucky to have had Regana by my side throughout the process. She's based out of Las Vegas/ Henderson and knows the market inside and out. From our first conversation, she made me feel comfortable and informed, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.Regana was super flexible and always worked around my schedule, which made a huge difference for me. Regana is absolutely AMAZING. I bought my home from her a year ago and then had to sale it this year due to job transfer. She worked super hard to get my house sold in record time. Regana kept me posted at ALL times during my contract time. She also took my calls each and every time I called to find out information or had simple questions. Regana is VERY professional in ALL her dealings with real estate. Regana KNOWS HER STUFF!!! I highly recommend her for ALL contracts in Las Vegas!! Thank you Regana

Regana, is top notch. Regana helped me before I ever moved to the area, by sending my homes to look at, finding me a temporary apartment, helping me with all around information. Once I got moved, She showed me areas that I might like first before we ever looked at homes, I thought this was a great way to start. Got to feel the areas out first before ever wasting time looking at homes. Once I found a house, Regana listened to my wants in the contract, some of which she thought might be a no go for the seller example “ I asked for 5k towards closing cost, she wasn’t sure if that would be a good idea but did it anyway. It was a great thing as seller accepted and it helped me greatly. Regana, was always available to except my phone calls and answer my crazy questions. She also helped me with getting information on services that I need at new home. One of the greatest things was that she went with me to my closing, the lady at the title company was very impressed that Regana was there. She said most realtors don’t take the time to go with client to help them through the process. Regana will and did bend over backwards to help me with ever step from before I moved here till the end, as well as keeps checking in every so often. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REGANA TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT REALTOR AND A PROFESSIONAL. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!!!

Regana is a Professional and I would recommend anyone dealing with real estate to choose her. Regana was very helpful and informative through out the entire process. We were informed on every aspect of the purchasing of our new home. Regana explained the process and notified us of anything that we didn't know or understand. This process was easy for us due to Regana hard work ethics. I will recommend her to anyone trying to purchase real estate. Regana made herself available to us whenever we need her..Phone calls, signing of document and visiting property. Very happy and please with the service that was provided.

Regana, sold this house to me in 2001. Her utmost professionalism and knowledge is amazing. Her helpers--handyman, landscaper, house inspector, cleaning service, window installer and tile setter were reliable and timely. She will always be at the top of my list for referrals. Regana is a true asset to your company!!

My experience with Regana was every bit of being 100 percent satisfied. She exemplifies experience, knowledge and caring when it came to the decision on every property we were interested in. In other words, Regana made it simple and she removed the stress for us every step of the way. She is undoubtadly the one everyone needs to go to when looking for real estate.
