Jodi helped us purchase a home in Summerlin, sight unseen, due to the COVID -19 pandemic. She was so accommodating and helpful. When we found a home we liked online, she immediately went to the home and FaceTimed us, walking through the house, pointing out things that might not show up in the online pictures. She also discussed items to consider in the yard. She was quick to put together our offer and get it to the Seller's agent which was great since there were other offers presented on the house - and we got it!Her follow-up was also greatly appreciated with inspections and questions about the escrow process.I would absolutely recommend her to potential buyers and sellers. (She sold a house for us in 2016 also).One big plus is she is able to work with my laser focused seriousness and my husband's quirky sense of humor!

I first spoke with Jodi early last year. I had a longtime friend who was about to sell her Sausalito property and purchase more inexpensive units in Las Vegas where she lived.
This particular venture did not work as planned, but instead, Jodi was able to find a lovely home for her son and daughter in law.
I knew immediately that I had hit the jack pot! She was generous with her time, abundant knowledge and straight talk. My friends loved her and also appreciated these same qualities.
I would not hesitate to recommend her in the future, on whatever level of housing, as I know that she would rise to the occasion.

A consummate professional, Jodi first outlined our part in getting the property ready, coordinated with setting the schedule, and prepared the marketing plan. The photo gallery of the house was superb - her having brought in a professional photographer made all the difference. The on-line presentation of the house was spectacular. Jodi was always upbeat, ready with answers and kept us on the set schedule. The property was priced right and sold in less than 2 weeks at the asking price. I'd strongly recommend Jodi and wouldn't hesitate to engage with her on with my next real estate transaction.
