My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful home in Las Vegas, NV, with the help of our very competent Realtor, Ms. Diane Varney and her also very competent assistant, Ms. April Robledo.

Having lived in Hawaii for a number of years, we finally decided that a more economical and sensible place to live, especially heading into retirement, would be Las Vegas. Living there would also provide the nightlife that we enjoy, whether it be dining in nice restaurants, listening to an array of musicians who perform around town, or going to see an extravaganza in one of the hotels on the Las Vegas strip.

I flew out a few times to see different homes with Diane, and in my case, the third time was the charm and found what was to be our new home. It was a little different than what I’d imagined it would be and it didn’t have a pool already, which I wanted, but I knew as soon as I saw the house in person that there was a very good chance that this was going to be the one. Diane Varney was very patient and very professional throughout the process, from the first time we met, throughout our multiple meetings, and through the close of our escrow. She was always very thorough, listened and understood what I wanted in a house. Her assistant, April, was also a delight to work with, and they were both very responsive to my phone calls or emails with whatever questions or concerns I might have had. We will be putting a pool in shortly, and other than that, the house checked off pretty much all the boxes on my wish list I’d created before starting to look at homes.

Before going to Las Vegas in hopes of finding a home for us, I researched numerous Realtors online. I chose Diane to represent us in buying a home after reading her bio, learning about some of her interests, and I could just tell that she would do a good job for us and felt like we would have good synergy together, which we did. I’m sure you will feel that way too.

Selling a home is more than a financial transaction. Thus, it calls for more than an ability to negotiating a deal. Initially, a good broker must be able to help the seller see the property through a buyer’s eyes rather than their own emotional eyes. Then they must help the seller prepare the house to appeal to the likely buyer and then commission a visual presentation that emphasizes its strengths. Next, the agent must accurately sort the wheat from the chaff - the potentially viable buyers from those who are unlikely to be able or willing to buy. Finally, the agent must help the seller cope with the ups and downs along the path from accepting an offer to achieving a closing sale. Diane Varney bring all of these skills to every contract she accepts. she give us excellent advice at each stage of the process, kept us informed through the twists and turns of the Transaction,a facilitated the closing.
