It was such a pleasure to work with Nancy. She provided excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable about the area, neighborhoods, schools, financing options and more. I was a bit nervous moving from Southern California to Nevada, but Nancy provided me with so much helpful information and was responsive to all of my questions and really set me at ease. She even FaceTimed me when I saw a property of interest but couldn’t be in town quickly enough to see it for myself. I would highly recommend Nancy (and already have).
My home buying experience has been extraordinary due solely to Nancy's expertise. I had previously bought a place in Las Vegas and soon after was not happy. My experience left such a negative outlook on finding another home in Las Vegas. With that said, working with Nancy, she never pressured me to sell or to buy and instead, waited for me to make a decision I was comfortable with. In the end, she helped me sell my first home and has been there to assist in purchasing a new home. I bought in a new community and she was well prepared to show me existing homes and new homes on a scheduled visit out to the area which was productive since I put an offer in at that time. She continues to be available even after I have closed on my house due to this being my second home and residing and working full time in another state. She has and does go "above and beyond" in making sure to be available to meet delivery folks and helping me to connect with the builders for any issues or questions. I thoroughly appreciate all that she has done and continues to do for me even after the sale has closed. I highly recommend Nancy for those looking to purchase a home including buyers like myself who don't live in the area. She makes the home buying process seamless and positive.
